Marked on cel as "Sericel- the Walt Disney Company Certified Edition size 5000, 12-Dum-020" and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity marked "Dumbo Flying High. Indicated as soaring through the sky with Timothy Mouse as pilot, Dumbo's huge ears help him soar above his troubles."

Provenance: The Property of the University of South Florida’s Prestigious Charles Mahan Collection. Dr. Mahan was recently interviewed by The New York Times regarding his extensive political cartoon collection also donated to the University of South Florida. The sale of these works will benefit the ongoing USF Foundation collection mission. Winning bidder will receive a Certificate of Authenticity with the artwork.
