1873-1957, farmhouse with flowering tree and two figures with umbrellas on road, signature and seal top left, watercolor and ink on silk, some browning, wear to brocade at top and side edges, hanging cord fragmented but present, paper label on back attributes to "Guokudo 1964," attached tag "Very fine Kaki Mono [sic]," caps removed from scroll roller ends, watercolor 23 x 28-5/8", scroll 69 x 36-1/4"
