Very Choice and Rare Louisiana City Bill

Franklin, LA, The Treasurer of the Town of Franklin, $1, December 15, 1862, Choice Extremely Fine.
Haxby LA-Not Listed. This is quite a rare change bill on Civil War era Louisiana. Printed on the back of blue tinted "Duncan & McWilliams Camperdown Plantation" drafts. Eagle at the top center flanked by "$1". Ornate end panel at the left. A small pinhole, but exceptional grade for this type of emergency note.
