Whale's tooth scrimshawed in the traditional nautical manner. Vintage tooth dating from 1950's - 1960's era. Depicts spouting whale in oval medallion and Whaler Roscoe out of New Bedford on opposite side. Scrimmed and carved by tattoo artist A Gibbs. Includes old paper label on interior stating tooth came from P T Barnum collection. 5 1/4" in length x 3" wide.
