This large wooden propeller was made for a wind generator, circa 1927. The brand is Wincharger, and it was made in Sioux City, Iowa, with decal visible on back. The propeller is wood, with strips of copper sheet metal at the edges, and other metal fittings. The size is 6 foot wide x 4 inches. It shows age from use, and some worn spots. * The wind driven energy business was in a new phase when this propeller came out, and it makes an interesting piece of rural and energy memorabilia.
