Deke Slayton's Flown Spacesuit "Nametag"

Deke Slayton's Flown Spacesuit "Nametag" (5x2") A white Beta cloth nametag with a Velcro back. This nametag is much larger than that usually worn by American astronauts and was more on the style of that worn by the Russians. You can see Slayton wearing this nametag on numerous publicity photos from the flight and on the cover of his book. Slightly stained, but a unique piece of American history. A certificate of authenticity from Bobby Slayton is included. Ex. The Deke Slayton Estate collection.
