Flown ASTP Checklist

Flown Checklist A double-sided checklist labeled "UVA Prep" on one side and "UVA 150M O/P" on the other. Both sides have extensive handwritten notations by Slayton (whose name "DEKE" is written on the top of one side in red crayon". There are numerous white Velcro tags on both sides. This is the checklist flown on ASTP that we know of to have been offered in auction. Ex. The Deke Slayton Estate collection.
