Manned Flight Awareness Medallion mounted on a multicolor presentation certificate (11x14"). The back of the medallion reads: "The crews of the Apollo Soyuz Test Project are pleased to present you with this medallion in appreciation of your contribution to the success of the first international manned space mission, July 15-24, 1975". Scarce and attractive.
