Flown U.S. Flag (6x4") mounted on a multicolor presentation certificate that reads: "This flag was flown aboard Space Shuttle "Columbia" (STS-1) April 12-14, 1981. It is presented to you in recognition of the significant contribution you made to the success of the mission". Some toning and wrinkles from having been framed, but still scarce and attractive.
