1950s ELVIS PRESLEY'S PERSONAL BELT BUCKLE

Silver plated belt buckle about 1½" square with engraved family initial 'P' in center. 'M.J.C. Co' marking on reverse. Scratch at bottom left, clearly used. It didn't take Emily Bronte to tell us that 'any relic of the dead is precious, if they were valued living' - it's just that she said it best. Added to the intimacy of joint ownership is the special nature of this piece: it is a belt buckle, and anything below the waist having to do with 'Elvis the Pelvis' is especially desirable! Gift from Vernon Presley to Jime Curtin. Accompanied by letter of authenticity from Jim Curtin.
