Description

Chinese vermeil filigree silver enameled dragon tripod urn with figural dragon handles. Enameled scrolled phoenix bird on body. Applique ling zhi boarder design on neck. Has two round translucent white and apple green jadeite plaques set on front and back with 10 round cabochon cut turquoise stones set in neck. Cover holds 3 oval cabochon cut turquoise stones and 3 round cabochon cut amber stones. Figural floral finial with pink coral bead. Marked silver on plaque on bottom. Late Qing Dynasty to Republic period. Measures 7 1/4 inch height (18.4 cm) x 7 inch width (17.8 cm). Total weight of 10.4 ozt.
