INDIA, Raj Period, a set of eight brass stacked rupee weights. Each weight is marked for the number of rupees it equated; the smallest was for one rupee, the largest 100 rupees. Similar sets arranged for the pound sterling are known from Victorian England. This is the first we've seen for India. A very nice clean set.
