Grandson of the famous chief, this young man was the son of Jack Red Cloud. Like many of the other young men in formal dance clothing, he wears a beaded vest over a white shirt, with a colored kerchief at the throat. Too young to have earned battle coups before the end of the old warpath days, he wears an eagle feather which represents the many honors that all other Oglala understood had been earned by his grandfather. The eagle fluff in his hair is his alone. As explained above, it signifies that the Hunka ceremony has been performed in his honor as a beloved child. . [4]
