Tibetan Gau, 19th century, the shrine of circular form, silver, in repousse with various Buddhist symbols, inside containing prayer flag, centered with a clay tsatsa deity, with original glass.
Front originally silvered, mostly lost, now brass, body and backplate copper, with original brocade carrying case and strap. Diameter 10.8cm, Depth 4.7cm.
