Great early piece with an unusual rising collar top rim. The pronounced flaring sides taper back in and the upper decoration of the body is trimmed in red, as the earlier pieces were. The lower area shows strong stone polishing pattern and the underside of the base more concave than usual. Measures 8.75 x 11 inches. Scattered chips, crack and wear. Also some pencil markings and color.
