Hand painted Buster Brown and Tige Seesaw Toy Windup works. German. Circa 1915. Small celluloid ball moves back and forth when toy operates as figures go up and down. Some spots of paint flaking and loss on figures, especially on Buster Brown's hat. Very exceptional condition for this toy. Box is complete. Box is plain and never had a label. From the collection of Gary Selmonsky. 10". (Excellent).
