India, Ganjetic Valley, Utar Pradesh, c. 1500-1200BC, a cast bronze harpoon. Solid casting with 6.5" spear point below which is 3 sets of barbed hook like projections to inflict maximum damage in victim. Overall length is 13". Nice mottled light green patina throughout.
