Greek silver coin set into 18kt gold ring. The silver stater is from Aegina with a sea turtle, 3 bumps on carapice, on the obverse and an incuse divided into 5 sections on the reverse. Modern gold ring with similar bump pattern on side of ring. Quite attractive! Size is small.
