This original hand-coloured lithograph arranged and illustrated by H.N. Humphreys, with descriptions by J. O. Henry Noel Humphreys (1810–1879), was a British illustrator, naturalist, entomologist, and numismatist. Humphreys, who studied medieval manuscripts in Italy as a young man, became an accomplished scholar in numerous subjects. Size: 8.25in x 10.5in (21cm x 26.6cm).
