Ca. 5000 - 3000 BC.
A group of flint and obsidian arrowheads with a concave-base and a projectile point. The two long tangs form a hollow facilitated hafting (the point on an arrow or spear shaft). The tools were used for hunting wild animals in the desert or along the Nile. For similar see: MET Museum Accession Number: 32.2.24.

Provenance: Prince collection, 1990s-2014, acquired in 2010 from a UK private collection formed in the 1970s to 1990s.
