Wonderful honest old piece with an interesting depiction of the washing action inside the tub, being a tin can with a washboard and sliding mechanism. Mammy's facial details are interesting as well and her paint is good and old. ALL of the moving parts show heavy wear, the round eyelets are worn out-of-round, the bottom pivot area is polished and worn, the wood areas show wear and smoothness. Again, this is a true, honest and collectible old piece. Measures 12 x 18 inches.
