The fourth stop on the disastrous seven city tour of the U.S. found the band in Baton Rouge for a club gig at Kingfish. It was a minor miracle that the band were even allowed in the country when their entry visas were rendered void due to the fact that all four members had criminal records. Manager Malcolm McLaren was able to smooth out the problem and the shows went on... but just barely! Riddled with poor planning, faulty sound and unruly audiences, the band played its last ever gig at San Francisco's Winterland five days after the Kingfish appearance with Johnny Rotten telling the audience ...ever get the feeling that you've been cheated! John Lydon has signed this two-sided Premier Talent Agency Baton contract in black ballpoint.
