This is an absolutely beautiful Tiger Oak Wooden Frame with a vintage Norman Rockwell signed print. The wooden Frame measures 16 1/2" by 19 1/2". The frame is in very good condition except for a couple minor scraches and one little piece of the inside decorative piece is missing on the left side. The print has the standard Norman Rockwell signature at the bottom. The wood frame is vintage from the 1920's or 1930's. The print appears to be from the 1940's. It is a picture of a woman and man weighing a little baby. The man has his hands around the lady so it would appear they are the parents. They are writing in a baby's book. There is one little tear at the bottom part of the print and there is one little stain in the middle of the print. Otherwise it is a very nice set with the wooden frame and vintage Rockwell Print.

There is a stain in the picture and a little tear towards the bottom. The wood frame has a few scratches and one decorative piece is missing on the inside of the frame.
