Hand cranked,fitted with electricity, the red, white, and blue striped standard enclosed within a heavy glass cylinder, surmounted by a globe, with metal cap terminate., with metal crank mechanism. 53"L (pole only) 58"L (with globe). Condition: globe replaced, enameled areas repainted.
