Mickey Rooney Outfit Worn in Huckleberry Finn

White dress shirt with brown suspenders worn by Mickey Rooney in the starring role as Huck Finn in the 1939 film The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn. An official MGM sewn-in wardrobe label on the inside shirt collar reads: "Metro Goldwyn Mayer, Name: M. Roony (sic), No.: 1073-4262." In fine condition. This costume piece is from the prestigious collection of Debbie Reynolds and is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity signed by Debbie Reynolds and Darren Julien of Julien Entertainment. Proceeds from this sale go to benefit The Debbie Reynolds Hollywood Motion Picture Museum.
About The Film: This 1939 MGM film is a solidly competent remake with excellent production values and several entertaining sequences. This picture features Mickey Rooney, Walter Connolly, William Frawley and Rex Ingram.
