Brown patterned silk period dress with lace chiffon trim at the neckline and cuffs, worn by Cornelia O. Skinner in her role as Mrs. Thaw in the 1955 crime drama The Girl In The Red Velvet Swing. Created by costume designer Charles LeMaire, the dress features a handwritten wardrobe label on the inside lining that reads, "A 752 J #34, Cornelia O. Skinner." In fine condition. This costume is from the prestigious collection of Debbie Reynolds and is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity signed by Debbie Reynolds and Darren Julien of Julien Entertainment. Proceeds from this sale go to benefit The Debbie Reynolds Hollywood Motion Picture Museum.
