Joan Crawford Dress Worn - Harriet Craig 1950

Pink and gray checked wool dress with gray cuffs and collar, worn by Joan Crawford in her starring role as Harriet Craig in the gripping 1950 drama Harriet Craig. Created by designer Sheila O'Brien, this dress features an official Columbia Pictures wardrobe label on the inside seam that reads, "Columbia Pictures - Joan Crawford." Minor separation of the collar at the left shoulder (easily repairable), otherwise in fine condition. This costume is from the prestigious collection of Debbie Reynolds and is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity signed by Debbie Reynolds and Darren Julien of Julien Entertainment. Proceeds from this sale go to benefit The Debbie Reynolds Hollywood Motion Picture Museum.
