Marina Koshetz Dress Worn - Luxury Liner 1948

Taupe chiffon gown with a mesh and jeweled top, worn by Marina Koshetz as Zita Romanka in the 1948 comedy musical Luxury Liner. A sewn-in wardrobe tag on the inside lining reads, "1412, M. Koshetz." Some minor tearing to the chiffon at the hemline (easily repairable), otherwise in fine condition. This costume is from the prestigious collection of Debbie Reynolds and is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity signed by Debbie Reynolds and Darren Julien of Julien Entertainment. Proceeds from this sale go to benefit The Debbie Reynolds Hollywood Motion Picture Museum.
About The Film: The musical "Luxury Liner" is a pleasant film with good talent. The MGM, 1948 production was about a captain of a liner that has trouble with his teenage daughter. Jane Powell, Marina Koshetz and George Brent star in this featured film.
