Blue period bonnet with trimmed pink lace and fabricated flowers, worn by Miriam Hopkins in the 1952 film The Outcasts of Poker Flats. Created by costume designer Dorothy Jeakins, a handwritten wardrobe label on the inside lining of the hat reads, "139-2-4447 M. Hopkins, Dbl. 660-14." In fine condition. This costume piece is from the prestigious collection of Debbie Reynolds and is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity signed by Debbie Reynolds and Darren Julien of Julien Entertainment. Proceeds from this sale go to benefit The Debbie Reynolds Hollywood Motion Picture Museum.
About The Film: The 1952 remake of the "Outcasts of Poker Flat" was a Fox production starring Dale Robertson, Anne Baxter, Cameron Mitchell and Miriam Hopkins.
