A beautiful crème pleated dress, worn by Rita Hayworth in her starring role as Princess Salome in the 1953 film Salome. Created by costume designer Jean Louis, the dress features an official Columbia Pictures sewn-in wardrobe label that reads, "Columbia Pictures, Rita Hayworth, #01297." In overall fine condition. This costume is from the prestigious collection of Debbie Reynolds and is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity signed by Debbie Reynolds and Darren Julien of Julien Entertainment. Proceeds from this sale go to benefit The Debbie Reynolds Hollywood Motion Picture Museum.
