Elsie Janis Stage Worn Costume

Salmon satin and gold lame' oriental style jacket with gold & sequin embroidery and matching skirt, worn by Janis during one of her many stage performances. Some minor fabric wear and soiling along the base of the skirt, otherwise in fine condition. This costume is from the prestigious collection of Debbie Reynolds and is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity signed by Debbie Reynolds and Darren Julien of Julien Entertainment. Proceeds from this sale go to benefit The Debbie Reynolds Hollywood Motion Picture Museum.
