About The Film: Ginger Rogers and Lana Turner are the leading ladies in the 1954 comedy/drama "Weekend at the Waldorf". A movie star meets a war correspondent and mistakes him for a jewel thief; a soldier learns that without an operation he'll die and so looks for one last romance with a beautiful stenographer; a reporter tries to get the goods on a man's dealing with a foreign potentate: it all happens in the grandiose New York landmark hotel as a take-off on the classic movie Grand Hotel.
