Some losses, stains, creases. 12"h x 7 1/2"w. Along with a Slave Document dated January 3, 1849 relating to Dinwiddie County, Virginia. It states the hiring of "Pelina" for $45.00 with a "good suit of summer and winter clothes, shoes, stockings, hat and blanket". Signed with personal seal. 4 1/8"h x 7 3/4"w.
