This is a very nice looking WOOD FRONT DOOR from the TURN OF THE CENTURY. This door came from an Old Farm House in Nebraska and it has been stored for years. It is not perfect, it has a few defects and some minor damage to the door, but it is solid wood and with a little care, this would be a door that would be extremely expensive to buy today. This door is very much worth refinishing. This door could be used as an exterior door or an interior door. It would look great going into a Den or Study. The door is 32 1/4" in width and it is 79 1/4" in height. The outside part of the door is painted white. The inside part is stained wood. The door has 13 GLASS PANELS. Some of the panels have stained glass, others have a frosted glass. Then, there is one large piece of glass and it is just regular glass and that piece of glass does have a crack. Also, one of the frosted pieces of glass has been replaced with a clear piece of glass. On the outside of the door - the white side - The top part of the door and the bottom part of the door has columns and those two parts of the door are boxed in - so to speak. The lower part of the door has an attractive design in the wood. Also, on the white side of the door, the panels of glass are set deep into the door - very attractive. The glass is nice, but we cannot be certain that it is the original glass. The glass looks a bit newer than the door. But, it could be the original glass. We have left some tape on the door handles, for protection of the handles. The door should be refinished and this would include new putty. The hardware is the original hardware and it all appears to be in good condition. Great door from the Turn of the Century.

The large piece of glass inside the door has a crack. The door should be refinshed. Minor defects, but all the defects can be dealt with if the door was restored.
