"G. Karr - Maker" Marked Brass Ball Handle Reel. Little is known of this obscure New York reel maker, as few examples have surfaced. While this example suffers from a bent and notched foot and replaced handle screw, it does feature an early small dome rear cap and is still an early and desirable reel for the collector.
