Lot Consists of a (c) 1910, John Fox Co., Ohio, "The Agitator 3", Cast Iron Cap Gun. Cap Pistol is Approx. 8-1/4" Long and Appears To Be Complete. Gun is an Odd Model Which Fires a Single Cap at The Muzzle and Pellets in The Tube and Magazine Located Over Barrel. Gun Has "PAT. 2-25-08" in Casting. Firing Mechanism is Not Working Properly In That When Trigger is Pulled, Action Does Not Pull Rod Back. Rod is There, But No Action. Gun Has Some Wear Spots and Light Rust and Pitting To Finish.
