Später (um 1864) haben namentlich Hermagis, Gasc & Charconnet in Paris das Kugelobjektiv, letzteres unter den Namen Augenlinse, Lentiforme de l'oeil eingeführt, Français sowie Auzoux in Paris nennen es Globe Lens". (Zitiert nach: Eder, Die Photographischen Objektive, 3. Aufl. Halle 1911, S. 101.) Rotationsblende. Länge des Objektivs 8 cm, Durchmesser des Anschraubringes 12 cm.
