Condition/Details: This large text is the second volume of the United States Geological Survey, detailing the geological history of the Grand Canyon. The work is illustrated with many plates, including hand-colored illustrations, drawings, engravings, and photographs. Please refer to the photos for a sampling of these illustrations. The text is bound in brown cloth with library tape to the spine and clear tape protecting the edges. The binding is solid and the pages are clean with usual library markings.
