Early American fruit painting on wood

Oil on wooden panel of peaches, probably New England or Mid Atlantic region, depicting still life of peaches with leaves resting on a table. Square nails secure the painted panel into the original frame. Condition - minor scattered scratches to painting appropriate to age. Dimensions 6 1/2" x 11 1/2", with frame 8 1/2" x 13 1/2". Early 19th century.
