North Carolina salt glazed jar stamped 'J.D. Craven' (Jacob Doris Craven) in the form of a chamber pot. Flattened rim with remnant of a pulled handle, star stamp on the handle terminus. Condition - large section of handle missing, otherwise excellent. Dimensions 5 1/2" height and 9 1/4" diameter. 19th century.
