Early Tennessee red painted poplar rope bed, Sullivan County, TN, consisting of "bullet" finials, turned posts, and scrolled head board. Retains the original rails. Condition - returns on scrolled head board have been broken off in the past. Posts need tightening. 51 1/4" height x 49 3/4" x 73" length. Circa 1820-40.
