Watercolor of a smoke house building titled, "The Old Smoke House old Homestead 14 mile Rd Birmghm Mich" (Birmingham, Michigan). Excerpts from back label on painting - George Enst Seyforth - born in Dusseldorf, Germany, 1909. Studied anatomy at the Detroit Art Academy under Charles Lopez in 1933, admitted to Michigan Regional Art Show in 1962, honorable mention in Water Color at Pontiac Mall exhibit in 1964, first place and honorable mention in oils at the 1967 Royal Oak Membership exhibit. Excellent condition (has not been examined under glass). 11 1/4" x 14" watercolor, frame 18 1/2" x 20 1/2".
