Early American hide covered box & interior label

Hide-covered dome-top box, leather strips with brass tacks, original lock and hasp, original brass pull with brass tacks forming the initials " S. R.", interior lining of American newspaper with the initials "S.R." and a label in Spanish advertising shoes, "No. 412 Filadelphia". Wood appears to be white pine. Condition - fraying and tears to leather, fragile leather straps holding lid to box, wear to hide. 12" width x 7" height x 7" depth. Early 19th century.
