Condition/Details: Complete in three volumes, this scarce set is a French-language encyclopedia of the Belgian Congo. The text describes the people, culture, plants, animals, agriculture, resources, industries, and history of the Congo. The work is profusely illustrated with photos, as well as some maps and color wood-cut plates. The books are bound in half-leather with green boards and show mild external wear; the bindings are solid and pages are clean with usual library markings.
