A half-timbered English house by Pam Throop built in 1985 and featuring particularly spacious rooms suitable for displaying many miniature furnishings. Another one of Mrs. Estes' houses featured in Miniature Collector Magazine, this house contained many of the Tudor-style furnishings and accessories selling in this auction. Nicely detailed interior and landscaped exterior, and featuring Pam's own handmade light fixtures and character-filled architectural details. Each of the six rooms has its own fireplace, the parlor and entrance hall are handsomely paneled, the kitchen features textured Yorkshire stone floor pavers and retains its Belfast sink, brick copper and Victorian range. One bedroom has a curtained box bed that was built by Ray Whitledge and the light fixtures throughout the house have been retained. The exterior features brick steps and walkways, imposing chimneys and landscaping. Attached to its landscaped base, overall dimensions are 36" H, 52" L, 30.5" D. Adhesive residue on some surfaces, needs cleaning.
