English Victorian Dog Portrait 1898

Beautifully drawn in pencil and charcoal, the dog is shown on an edge of possibly a wharf with a hook below the paws, signed either E or T C. Daugherty, 1898, original English Oak frame of 30 inches wide by 25 inches tall, artwork dimensions are 23 inches wide by 18 inches tall. No doubt English, the dog has a good personality. The glass in this frame is extremely wavy and bubbly.
