reeded body, lid with fold-down compartment, satinwood or fruitwood interior with fitted lift-out tray with three lidded compartments, possibly Anglo-Indian, 19th century, 8-1/4 x 14-1/2 x 10-3/4 in. Some breaks in ebonized interior decoration, some glue blocks loose, one hinge loose, splits, chips, separations and losses throughout, repaired corner on lid.
