The initials "O.V.M" are on his buckle. [Thanks to Tom Harris for noticing this as well as other details in the Civil War material.] 1/6 plate tintype in 1/2 case. A spot on his face. I'VE CORRECTED MY TRANSPOSITION OF THE INITIALS. [D3]
