CDV by Stubbs & Co., Storm Lake Iowa. Pen inscription identifies the man as Ira Wm. Russell, "He built the windmill." There are large buildings of a factory or institution in the background. This was in the Be-hold 46 catalog but somehow got omitted in the "eBay Live" presentation, so I'm presenting it again. [2+]
