Extremely Rare Warren Commission Report signed by each of its members "The President's Commission on the Assassination of President Kennedy Report", United States Government Printing Office, 1964 Report Volume and supporting (26 Vols.), Report Volume page VII containing a reproduction of the September 24, 1964 Warren Commission members letter to President Lyndon B. Johnson officially submitting its final report. Next to and above each commission member's reproduced signature is each member's original signature which includes the signatures of Lee Rankin, Earl Warren, Richard Russell, John Cooper, Hale Boggs, Gerald Ford, Allen Dulles and John McCloy. Furthermore this Volume is inscribed in flyleaf "To Robert Butterfield with the sincere regards of one of the authors, Allen W. Dulles Washington, May 25, 1966" and "and now to Edward Sinker June 3, 1977 Roger Butterfield" (Allen W. Dulles gifted his autographed set to Roger Butterfield, National Affairs Editor for "LIFE Magazine" and noted American historian. Edward M. Sinker, purchased the autographed set from Butterfield on June 3, 1977). Together with an Edward Sinker cancelled check #314 for $200 made out to, and endorsed by, Roger Butterfield proving payment for the set of books.
